Peak Sport Club Apex, one of North Carolina's most upcoming clubs, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Receptionist Professional.

 

Our club offers state-of-the-art facilities and a thriving community.

 

We are dedicated to developing our Pickleball and Badminton programs, with a special emphasis on athletic growth, as well as player development of all ages.

 

Key Responsibilities, not limited to, and responsibilities can be shared with team member:

 

• To greet visitors to the club in a warm and friendly manner and deal with any queries quickly and effectively.

• Deal with telephone inquiries in a polite and professional manner. Perform tour of the facility to prospective members.

• To assist with any routine administration work as requested.

• Act as first point of call for first aid incidents.

• To carry out other reasonable duties as directed by the club Operation Manager.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote gym events and special offers.

• Work in a manner that promotes and protects own health and safety, as well as that of other staff, pupils and visitors.

Candidate Attributes:

• Prior experience of working in the same position is a plus.

• Experience in working with computer is a plus.

• Interest in sport is desirable.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.​

Peak Sport Club Apex is a new upcoming club with sister clubs in Greensboro, NC and Morrisville, NC, including:

• 7 badminton courts

• 7 pickleball courts

• Pro-Shop

• Sport Academy

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $12/hour.

• Benefits: Membership to the club sport activities.
